I had great time here, marvellous and particularly good location!
The stuff where incredibly welcoming and accommodating all the time. I had a studio suite and it was functional on level 18.

Request a room away from the mechanical area to avoid noise disturbances, especially at night.

The breakfast was marvellous, the check in was early. The room was well kept & clean and available with very comfortable beds, a kitchenette. The staff was thoughtful and we could use wake up service and ironing free of charge.

The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep.
The kitchen was not well-equipped. Lacking essential utensils like a scrubbing brush.

New construction and so clean. Internet quick and efficient. Close to the centre. Good value apparently because I stayed during the initial launch promotion period.
1) Housekeeping is slack. Day 1...we had kept "DND" sign on by mistake. Informed Reception so they would request Housekeeping to ignore the sign and clean the room. Information was passed on according to Reception. On return in evening found room had not been touched. As informed by Reception the Housekeeping had made a remark that room was cleaned and done. 2) Next day Housekeeping did make the room but there was hair all over the place the toilet was unclean. 3) Reception could not give me even 30 minutes extra time on date of check out from 12 noon. This could have been a small gesture in lieu of the discomfort caused by the Housekeeping. 4) Reception kept booking taxis which were vans and not sedan cars. When I enquired they said they have no control of which type of car is sent....the nearest is sent. However, when I enquired with the taxi driver he confirmed a simple request to send a sedan car would be good enough to ensure the same. I guess....the staff is new and need some more polish to handle the small nuances beyond a routine hospitality service.

Great price for the room. We booked a 1 bedroom and got upgraded for free! Free parking, wi-fi and late checkout too.
No breakfast included or cafe within the hotel. No balcony either. Pool wasn't done yet.

The dining scene nearby is a gem! The meals we had at the Pegasus restaurant & Bar were great, especially the steaks-tender and cooked to perfection. Don't miss out on the fantastic tartines at Operator 25. They're a perfect kickstart to your day. Plus, the staff were super friendly and always ready to help!
Now, on the flip side, we had a bit of a kerfuffle with the pool. It was deeper than advertised. And while we loved the room's size, it had a few quirks-like a strange layout and odd smells-making it less than perfect.

The location
My husband got locked in the bathroom. The pillows were terrible. The air condiitioner was blowing on you all night. If you turned it off it was stuffy no windows. Bad design. Your instruction to clean your crockery isnt what I think is very hygienic for the next person to use the room. How do you know how they washed it or if they wash it.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and I appreciated the thoughtful gesture of leaving extra tissues when they noticed we were unwell. However, I was disappointed that the sink tap was loose and some room essentials weren't restocked.
